PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data collected via the Website (in particular via the booking enquiry form: name, contact details, dates of stay, number of guests, message) is processed by IH NUM as data controller, solely for the following purposes:

1. managing booking enquiries and stays;

2. communicating with guests before, during and after their stay;

3. complying with the legal obligations applicable to accommodation providers (in particular the registration of travellers / police records required under Moroccan regulations).

 

This data is processed in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for guests resident in the European Union, in compliance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

It is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for legal obligations, is never sold, and is shared only with the suppliers strictly necessary to deliver the stay (for example an airport transfer provider, at the guest's request) and with the Wix platform which hosts the Website and its contact form.
