Can we rent the whole riad?

Yes. Riad Dar Num is only rented on an exclusive basis, to a single group of up to 9 guests, babies not counted. The whole riad is yours: 4 suites, a lounge, a kitchen, 3 terraces and the heated pool.

 

How many guests, and what are the sleeping arrangements?

Up to 9 guests, babies not counted. Each of the four suites has its own bathroom: two on the ground floor, opening onto the patio, and two on the first floor. Two suites have a King Size bed that can be split into two single beds. A third bed can be added to the 33 m² suite to make a family room.

 

Is the riad suitable for families with children?

Yes. On request, we provide two foldable baby cots, a high chair, a changing table and games. A nanny can look after your children for an evening or for the whole stay.

 

Is the pool heated?

Yes. The patio pool, 3 m by 2.50 m, is heated and UV-treated, without chemicals. It is a plunge pool, for cooling off and relaxing rather than for swimming.

 

Can we come for a week in spring?

Yes. The minimum stay is two nights, and week-long stays are welcome. Spring and autumn are the mildest seasons in Marrakech. In winter, the heated pool, the winter lounge with its fireplace and the heated bedrooms keep the riad comfortable.

 

Where is the riad?

21 Rue Tikhizrit, in the quiet Derb Dabachi neighborhood, in the heart of the medina. Jemaa el-Fna square is an 8-minute walk away and the Bahia Palace 6 minutes. A car can drop you at the door, and a closed, secure car park is 50 m away.

 

What is included?

Breakfast, served from 8:30 to 10:30 am, daily cleaning, concierge service and fibre wifi. On request, at extra cost: meals cooked at the riad by our cook, massages and treatments, airport transfers, excursions.

 

How much does a stay cost?

From 450 euros per night in low season for 2 people, breakfast and cleaning included, then 20 euros per person per night from the third guest. Tourist taxes are extra. The rate depends on the season and the size of your group: ask for a quote for your dates.

 

How do we book direct?

Through the form on the Booking page, with your dates and the number of guests. We confirm availability and the rate in writing. Your booking is confirmed once a 40% deposit has been received by bank transfer.
