2. The property

Riad Dar Num is a guest house operated as a whole-house rental by IH NUM, located at 21 Rue Tikhizrit, 40000Marrakech, Morocco (Derb Dabachi district, Medina).

4. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Website (texts, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, graphic identity, the name"Dar Num") are the exclusive property of IH NUM or are used under licence. Any reproduction, representation,modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, on any medium whatsoever, without the priorwritten authorisation of IH NUM, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement liable to engage the civil andcriminal liability of its author.

Photographs of the riad are non-contractual.

5. Personal data

Personal data collected via the Website (in particular via the booking enquiry form: name, contact details, datesof stay, number of guests, message) is processed by IH NUM as data controller, solely for the followingpurposes:

managing booking enquiries and stays;
communicating with guests before, during and after their stay;
complying with the legal obligations applicable to accommodation providers (in particular the registrationof travellers / police records required under Moroccan regulations).

This data is processed in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard tothe processing of personal data and, for guests resident in the European Union, in compliance with the principlesof the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

It is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for legal obligations, is never sold, and is sharedonly with the suppliers strictly necessary to deliver the stay (for example an airport transfer provider, at theguest's request) and with the Wix platform which hosts the Website and its contact form.

You have a right of access, rectification, objection and deletion in respect of your data. To exercise it, write to:riaddarnum@gmail.com. We undertake to reply within 30 days.

6. Cookies

The Website uses two categories of cookies and trackers.

Technical and functional cookies. Placed by the Wix platform, they are necessary for the Website to work properly: security, language preferences, correct display of pages and storing your cookie choices. They do not require your consent.

Advertising and measurement tracker. The Website uses the Meta pixel, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. This tracker is used to measure the Website's audience, to assess the performance of our advertising campaigns run on Facebook and Instagram, and to serve advertisements to people

who have visited the Website. For that purpose, data relating to your browsing, such as the pages viewed, the actions taken, your IP address and your browser identifier, is transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

This tracker is placed only after your consent has been obtained, given through the banner displayed on your first visit. You may refuse it, or withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting your access to the Website

or its essential features.

7. Bookings, prices and taxes

Riad Dar Num is rented exclusively on a whole-house basis. The rates shown on the Website are in euros, pernight, including breakfast, daily housekeeping and concierge service, on the basis indicated on the Bookingspage. They are given for guidance only and do not constitute a contractual offer; only the written bookingconfirmation issued by IH NUM binds the establishment.

The tourist promotion tax (TPT) and the municipal accommodation tax are not included in the rates shown; theyare charged in addition, per person per night, at the rates in force in Marrakech.

The terms of booking, payment, cancellation and stay are set out in the Booking Terms and Conditions availableon the Website.

8. Liability

IH NUM endeavours to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date, butcannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. IH NUM cannot be held liable for any direct or indirectdamage resulting from access to or use of the Website, nor for the content of third-party sites to which theWebsite links.

9. Governing law

The Website and this legal notice are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation orperformance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, without prejudice to anymandatory protective provisions available to a consumer guest under the law of their country of residence.

10. Language

This legal notice is drafted in French. Any version published in another language, including the English versionon the Website, is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions,only the French version shall be authoritative.
